Legality Issues

Multiple laws do not permit cloud seeding and geoengineering “tests” to be performed. While geoengineering is classified as nuclear weapons testing, in addition to sulfur dioxide labeled as a chemical terror agent, performing testing on an unconsenting population is in violation of multiple ethics codes, and is an act of treason.

The Department of Homeland Security lists sulfur dioxide as a chemical terror agent.

Cloud seeding is also done only by consent, and is considered a “nuisance” in 48 out of 50 states.

Geoengineering was banned worldwide in 1978.

And yet again in 2010.

This type of cruel, violent, and obviously terrorist behavior should not be tolerated. Do we need laws against serial killing? Pollution kills nearly 40% of the population, and geoengineering is considered to be “permissible pollution.”

It is neither permissible or legal, and neither is the death and destruction of the people, the atmosphere, and the planet.
